A woman who stabbed four tyres of a car with a kitchen knife while its owner was inside the vehicle has been placed on three 12-month good behaviour bonds.

Alanna Gloria Bagnall, 25, of Oberon Street, Eugowra, appeared in Orange Local Court on Monday to face charges of intimidating and intending to cause fear or physical harm, vandalism and being armed with the intent to commit an indictable offence.
Bagnall pleaded guilty to each of the charges and was already on bail when she appeared in court, before magistrate Terry Lucas and represented by solicitor Peter Ringbauer.
She was given a good behaviour bond for each offence but will be subjected to community corrections supervision.
About 8pm on December 24, Bagnall confronted a woman in the woman’s driveway in Eugowra.
The woman remained locked in the car for about an hour fearing she would be injured if she got out.
She and a male co-accused approached the woman’s car in regard to $600 she said was owed to her.
According to a police report the victim stayed in her car while Bagnall banged on the windows while holding a 30cm kitchen knife and a cricket bat.
The victim contacted police and Bagnall stabbed the car’s tyres, deflating them before she and the co-accused left the scene.
However, the victim believed they would come back and assault her if she got out so she remained locked in her car.
Bagnall was still holding the knife and bat when the pair returned.
Police arrived at the scene about 9pm and arrested Bagnall and took her to Orange Police Station.
She was held in custody for mental health reasons.
Fatal Accident
A 91-year-old man passed away after a single-vehicle crash in Eugowra on Friday afternoon.
Police said he was driving along Grevillea Avenue about 2.30pm Friday when the accident occurred.
“The man’s vehicle was seen to mount the curb and hit the front wall of a cafe,” a police media release stated.
A report will be prepared for the Coroner.
