Canowindra swimming pool is set to re-open for the 2017-18 season soon.

The seven public swimming pools in the Cabonne Council area are set to open for the 2017-18 season on November 4.

A council spokesman said Molong and Canowindra pools would be open seven days a week until March.

However Cudal, Cumnock, Eugowra, Manildra and Yeoval pools would operate for shorter periods and have different charges than those set for Molong and Canowindra.

He said council was repairing edge tiles at the Molong, Manildra and Cudal swimming pools.

It was also completing tiling work on the floor of the Canowindra pool after it was found to be leaking.

And the Manildra, Cudal and Yeoval pools have been painted this year.

A season pass at Molong and Canowindra will cost $227 for a family or $111 for an adult, child, aged pensioner or spectator.

The daily rate for an adult, child or aged pensioner will be $4.10, under school aged child $3.10 and children in school groups with a teacher will pay $3.10.
