With 'oohs' and 'aahs' escaping from the crowd, the spectacular light show and evening of entertainment had something for the whole family to enjoy.
Entry to this year's event will set you back $15 per adult with children under 12 years entering for free.
Gates open from 3.30pm. Bring a chair or rug and cosy up - it'll be a cool night.
Cheer on the local Canowindra Pythons rugby team at 4pm and grab a drink at the ute bar.
From 4pm to 8pm enjoy the Twilight Wine, Food and Craft Market. Local chefs and wineries will offer their produce at sample size and prices or you can bring your own picnic basket.
This is a glass-free event.
Local performance groups will entertain revellers as well as a busking competition.
At 6.30pm, the official welcome will take place, and at 6.50pm children with glow wands will be asked to take part in the light spectacular.
Glow wands will be available at the gate and information tent.
At 7pm, fire dancers take the stage as the lights dim and the music begins. Watch as they dance with danger and mingle with the crowd with walkabout style fire entertainment.
Then, at 7.15pm it's the event you've all been waiting for - the Cabonne Country Balloon Glow. This popular and spectacular event is a photographer's dream and to be enjoyed by young and old.
The entertainment program will conclude at 8pm.
