Jayden Fliedner was fined after he failed to appear before Cowra Local Court last Wednesday, December 6.
According to police facts around 4.55pm on March 20, police were patrolling Radnor and Milton Streets after numerous complaints regarding a trail bike rider. Police observed Fliedner riding a trail bike in what appeared to be a circular motion.
Police observed clouds of dirt and dust in the air and gravel above the intersection.
When Fliedner saw police he rode the bike onto the footpath and pushed it into his yard.
When police spoke to Fliedner he was apologetic telling police he knew he shouldn’t be riding on the road.
The court has made every effort to accommodate him.
