Both first grade and the ladies’ league tag will be in action with gates opening at 6pm.
Meanwhile, a great day was had last Saturday at the Tigers launch with well over 100 players and supporters attending.
Everyone enjoyed the meal supplied by members of the club, Tommy Jeffs and John Watson of major sponsor The Royal Hotel.
Long serving member of the Tigers Paul Earsman received his life members shirt from president Andrew Whatman.
Paul has put an outstanding amount of work into the club and this recognition is well deserved.
The Easter raffle was won by Kain Earsman and a happy Easter Sunday was assured.
Dan Barclay, the Tigers first grade coach, addressed the gathering about the coming season and was extremely happy how everything is progressing.
Dan announced the new leadership group for first grade which comprises of Jayden Brown (captain), Aaron Earsman (vice captain), Kain Earsman, Dave Hogan and Nick Willson.
Canowindra Tigers hats were handed out. Last Thursday the Tigers gave out free tickets to the upcoming game against Cargo this Friday.
This was well received by the community, with Mrs Glenda Marsh commenting “I was hoping you were going to call".
League tag begin proceedings at 6.30pm and first grade 7.45pm.
