A mixture of ill discipline from the Tigers and sustained pressure applied by the Boomers on Sunday at Trundle led to the 36-4 round 17 loss.

The result also secured the Boomers the minor title with a three point buffer on the Golden Eagles in second.
It was 12-4 at halftime to Trundle thanks to two Boomers tries and one to Canowindra’s Marika Koroivui.
The hosts kicked clear in the second period scoring 24-unanswered points as the Tigers defence wore thin from countless Boomers raids.
Canowindra’s best on ground was Aaron Earsman who picked up three points and players’ player, his brother Kain got two points and Dan Madden and Dan Middleton shared one each.
This week, the Tigers are aiming to respond in Saturday’s blockbuster clash against Eugowra with both teams aiming to secure a top three spot.
The Tigers are hoping for a large crowd for annual sponsors day.
