Desiree Harris of Waddell Street was before the court charged with refusing to comply with a direction, resisting a police officer, assaulting a police officer and a separate charge of common assault.
According to police facts, around 9.05pm on February 27, police were patrolling Canowindra when they found Harris in the middle of a road drying her hair.
Police asked Harris to move off the road a number of times. Harris refused, screaming and yelling at police.
When police attempted to move Harris, she left the road and went to the kerb while yelling at police. She again refused to follow a police direction and police decided to arrest her.
While being arrested, Harris resisted police by attempting to pull her arms away from police. She was eventually arrested and as police attempted to place her into a police vehicle, she kicked an officer in the leg.
In a separate incident, around 9.30am on May 4, after having spent the night at a friend's house, Harris slapped a victim during a heated argument about the victim causing problems between Harris and the friend.
Harris's ALS solicitor Mr Abraham told the court his client was not medicated for her anxiety or depression at the time of the offending and and was unable to cope with the situation at the time.

Mr Abraham told the court his client was now receiving treatment and her behaviour had improved.
In sentencing Harris, Magistrate Michael O'Brien said her behaviour while offending was strange.
"The conundrum is you come before the court not previously known to the authorities but now have for serious offences," he said.
"While the victims haven't suffered any long lasting injuries, to assault someone is a serious matter.
"Police often have to attend situations where people act erratically and violently, but your behaviour was inexplicable," he said.
