Mid Lachlan Landcare is holding a workshop for landholders to come and hear from animal training expert Steve Austin on Thursday, September 19.

Steve has worked across Australia and internationally in tracking and eradicating feral cats, foxes, cane toads and many other feral animals.
The afternoon's focus will be on practical long term trapping programs for farms.
Steve will also give a demonstration of his detection dogs in action with some tips on training dogs for detection work.
There will be opportunities for attendees to discuss interests and issues throughout the workshop.
This is a free workshop and afternoon tea will be provided.
The day will run from 1.30pm until 4pm at "Laanecoorie", 1622 Davys Plains Road, Cargo, located 5km from Cargo or 16km from Cudal.
