Alicia Earsman, Molly Grant, Paige Selten, Katie Baker, Mackenzie Devlin, Monique Jenart and Jess Burling have all featured in the first grade side throughout the season, playing an important part in the team's aims to make the WWRL semis.
Earsman has been particularly effective in tandem with Caitlin Dixon in the halves, the pair helping to lead the senior women's side to two victories, as well as a narrow loss against last year's premiers (the Dubbo Goannas).
However, having never beaten Castlereagh in the women's competition, this week's match will represent a different challenge for the hosts, with Earsman and Dixon to meet their match in opposition counterparts Emily Ryan and Tori Canham.
Ryan's well-known as leader while Canham is respected throughout the women's league community for her ability.
While first grade take to the field at 1pm, Canowindra players will also feature in the curtain raisers against Castlereagh.
Gabby Clements features in the 12pm under 18s match, while Charlotte Burling will feature in the under 15s side - currently reigning premiers - at 11am.
Lila McCaffery, Holly Pull and Maddie Devlin will take part in the first game of the day, with the under 13s kicking off proceedings at 10am.
Cal Clyburn Fundraiser
With the likes of Royce Simmons in attendance, this Friday's fundraiser for Canowindra Tiger Cal Clyburn promises to be a well-attended event, with tickets not available on the night.
Doors open between 5 and 5.30pm, with guests are asked to be prompt given the amount of activity taking place during the evening, while a semi-formal dress code will be in place.
Attendees who have purchased tickets under names that have since changed are advised to contact Tanisha Whatman, otherwise they might not be allowed entry when they arrive.
