The championships were held at Barden Park in Dubbo from January 17 to January 19.
Emily threw 31.30m in her final throw to capture the gold ahead of Lily Mullane and Kiara Riddell.
Emily will compete at the 2020 Athletics ACT Championships this weekend in the U16s Hammer Throw competition.
