Canowindra PA&H Association Secretary, Sarah Cummings, said the display would take pride of place in the Cabonne Council window in Gaskill street.
"Following the decision to cancel the 2020 Show due to the current COVID-19 restrictions, the committee and the Ladies Auxillary would like to still see what you have been working on and would have placed in the Cobley Pavilion," she said.
"This will not impact on next year's show, you will be able to place this year's creations in the 2021 Canowindra Show.
"This is purely a display to show what the community can place in our local Show. To create awareness and a bit of fun."
Ms Cummings said they were looking for items from the following categories:
Needlework: Knitting, Crochet, Beanie or Scarf.
Fine Arts: Painting, Drawing, Sketches, watercolour.
Photography: Under 13yrs, 13-18yrs, open, any Black and White or Colour photo, mobile phone (all photos 4 x 6cm size please)
Craftwork: Embroidery, Tapestry, Beading, Mosaics.
She said items could also be from last year's show.
"If you have any creations from this list that you would like to display in the Cabonne Council window for the month of September, we would like to hear from you.
"If you haven't created anything new this year and have an item from last year's show that we could display, we would also like to hear from you."
Ms Cummings said the association was also hoping for some pumpkin entries.
"We also want to see this, as a bit of fun," she said.
"Big, small, most colourful, carved, whatever it may be. Drop in with a picture or bring it in for a snapshot."
If you wish to enter an item call Margaret Hamilton on 6345 0427 or Sarah Cummings on 0428 998 780 and drop it into the Shearing Shed Hair & Beauty, 78 Gaskill Street, by August 29.
