Kelly Christy Scott, 35, of Gooloogong Road, failed to appear before the court charged with stopping in a bus zone.
According to the police facts, the incident occurred on the Canowindra Road at Canowindra on October 24, 2019 around 9.10am.
Magistrate Michael O'Brien said Scott "has a number of exceed speed matters on her record".
