Barbara Mary Callaghan, Kaye Chapman and Dr Louise Baker were awarded with Medals of the Order of Australia in the honours list announced on Monday.
Ms Callaghan received her award for her service to music.
She has used her musical talents at St Raphael's as a current member of the Church Choir, a pianist and organist for the past 50 years and was the Matron of Honour at the parish's debutante ball in 2015.
Her talents continued on in the musical sphere as an official accompanist for the Cowra Musical and Dramatic Society from 1964 to 1976.
She has been an official accompanist for the junior and singing sections of the Cowra Eisteddfod for the past 61 years.
Mrs Callaghan has also acted as a member and volunteer accompanist for the Cowra Ladies Choir between 1970 and 2001.
Dr Louise Baker received her award for service to rural and remote medicine.
She is the former Executive Director and co-founder of the Central West Division of General Practice and has been a rural Generalist at the Cowra Medical Associates since 1989.
She has been a Senior Lecturer at the Australian National University's Rural Clinical School, Cowra Campus, since 2010 as well as an Academic Coordinator for the school.
Dr Baker is the current Director of Training for the New South Wales Rural Generalist Medical and General Practitioner Procedural Training Programs at the Health Education and Training Institute.
She is a former member of the Management Committee of the Rural Doctors Association of New South Wales, a position she held for eight years.
She was also the Clinical Lead of Cowra Integrated Care from 2015-2018 and a Medical Educator for the Remote Vocational Training Scheme from 2002-2011.
Ms Chapman, now residing in Orange, received her award for service to the community of Cowra.
She has been involved in the Cowra Community Chest as a Committee Member, since 2003 and has managed the Cowra Community Markets (on behalf of Cowra Community Chest), since 2016.
She has also been involved with the establishment of Community Chests in both Cooma and Young.
She has also held a Volunteer Grief Support Role at the Cowra Information and Neighbourhood Centre for 16 years and is a current member of the Cowra Loss and Suicide Awareness Group.
