In fact, it was flagged by NSW Deputy Premier John Barilaro that unvaccinated residents would lose any freedoms gained when the state hits that vaccination milestone.
But without a smartphone, how can you prove you are fully vaccinated?
Your vaccination provider
Your vaccination provider can provide proof of your COVID-19 vaccinations by printing off a certificate.
This includes doctors surgeries and pharmacies. Simply ring or visit the provider to obtain a copy.
Australian Immunisation Register
Alternatively, NSW Health said residents can ring the Australian Immunisation Register on 1800 653 809 between 8am-5pm, Monday to Friday to request an immunisation history statement.
The only catch is can take 14 days to arrive by mail so if you need to prove your vaccination status quickly, this option may not be suitable for you.
Services Australia
Services Australia can print off a copy of your vaccination status for you should you need it sooner rather than later.
Services Australia General Manager, Hank Jongen, said the service is committed to ensuring everyone in Australia has access to proof of their COVID-19 vaccinations, wherever they may need it.
"We acknowledge not everyone can use, or has access to, online services and mobile devices, and we have a number of options in place to help those people," he said.
"We encourage people to access their statement online or by calling the Australian Immunisation Register before attending the service centre."
Keep in mind, with any of these options, you will need to have your printed off document handy most of the time.
If you don't wish to carry a certificate around and own a smartphone, you can access proof of COVID-19 vaccinations online through myGov.
People can also get a print-ready version of their COVID-19 digital certificate through myGov, the Express Plus Medicare app.

As with any official government document, Services Australia encourages people to keep their proof of vaccination secure, and to not share their personal information publicly.
