Last on sale in 2023, the Canowindra Junction Hotel has been bought by Sydney couple Michael and Angelina Aloisio.
The 1,644 square-metre heritage-listed property no longer operates as a commercial venue, and is being sold without liquor or gaming licenses at present.
The Aloisios have another project to complete in Sydney, however they plan on returning the pub to its former glory - operational with a function space for 150-200 patrons. The pub's balcony, including its ironworks are also intended to return.
The property includes two beer gardens, renovated toilets, off-street parking, a commercial kitchen, dining room, bar and games area with a pool table.
The upstairs section of the hotel, built in 1916, has seven rooms and two bathrooms and downstairs there are three unfinished rooms off the beer garden.
The Junction's location at the entrance of the town means any plans to open or change the venue will have a significant impact on the town center.
