Two cheques totaling $6650 were given to RMH Orange Executive Officer Rebecca Walsh, with local families who have used the service also present on the day.
Canowindra Lions Club President Rod Boatwood said more than $3000 came from donations made at Driver Reviver, which was matched by Lions, as well as $350 from a raffle held by a touring BMW club.
"Driver Reviver isn't just a Lions Club thing... it's combined and community led," he said.
"We have the CWA, we have Cornerstone, the Canowindra Men's Shed, the Ladies Hospital Auxiliary, the Central West Team Penning and the Vintage Car Club from Cowra and Canowindra also come along and give up a couple of hours of their time over those long weekends for the Driver Reviver.
"Without all those people helping, then we wouldn't be able to be here today helping Ronald McDonald House who have helped out so many other families in Canowindra and the surrounding areas over the years."
Ms Walsh thanked the Canowindra community for their ongoing support.
"It really does warm our hearts... from the bottom of our heart, from our families that have been with us before to the families who may need to use our service, we can't do our job without the generousity of the communities of the Central West and this donation is truly, truly fabulous," she said.
"I'm not sure if you're aware, but since we opened in 2015 we've had nearly 1000 families come through RMH in Orange and when we work out the accommodation savings to those families, we have now ticked over $1.1 mil in accommodation savings.
"Thank you to everyone from Canowindra for your amazing support."
