
Sixteen players competed in mixed mufti bowls last Friday night with the winners being Crock Watt and Joyce Middleton and the runners up being Tot Fisher and Liz Thornberry.

Last Saturday three games of major pairs were played.
Westy Wyburn and Phil Lees had a comfortable win 26-13 against Cyril and Bruce Webb.
Garry Fairley and Ron Symons played against Crock Watt and Larry Nunn where Garry and Ron were in control of the game winning 25-19.
Barney Robson and Teddy Lawrence played against Nick Delaney and Dool Beath.
After 13 ends the score was 23-2 in favour of Barney and Teddy.
Barney and Teddy won the game 28-13.
Friday, March 20: Social mixed pairs mufti bowls with names in by 6pm for 6.30pm start. $10 per person. One game of 15 ends.

Minor singles - G. Fairley verses H. Webb, Marker L. Nunn.
D. Watt verses N. Delaney, Marker B. Bourke.
B. McClintock verses J. Webb, Marker M. Traves.
Major singles - R. Traves verses N. Knight, Marker I. Nelder.
During pennant season all singles games can be played by mutual agreement at any time for the first and second rounds.

Fourth round of pennants to be played.
